1. Here at SPIN2SUBMIT (S2S) our members have ONE OF FOUR options.

option1: BRONZE MEMBERSHIP (FREE)
option2: SILVER MEMBERSHIP (monthly membership fee)
option3: GOLD MEMBERSHIP (monthly membership fee)
option4: PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP (monthly membership fee)

2. SPIN2SUBMIT reserves the right to ammend or change these terms at any time without prior notification.

3. Each member may only have ONE email address and penname registered per account. This means that each member may have ONE seperate account for each penname they want to use. NO member is allowed to use more than one penname per account.

4. SPIN2SUBMIT adds a backlink at the end of the resourcebox of each article submitted through this service for BRONZE memberships.

5. Members may not abuse the system or give false or incorrect registration details.

6. SPIN2SUBMIT may at its sole discretion delete any member account or ban any member from using this service without prior notification.

7. Live links are permitted in the article body of ANY article, but some article directories will decline such an article.

8. SPIN2SUBMIT will not be held responsible, nor held liable for any damages or losses which may incur to any member by using this service.

9. SPIN2SUBMIT have no control over the webmasters of the sites the software posts to, nor are we affiliated with these sites and therefore cannot guarrentee that posted articles will be accepted at the sites. This is at the sole discretion of the respective webmasters of that site.

10. Members who promote profanity, hatred, unlawfull activities, rascism, violence, pornography or the like, may not join this service.

11. It is forbidden for any member to try and reverse engineer, or try to steal the source code of this system.

12. Any member who suggest an idea of improving this system, transfer full rights of such an idea or improvement to SPIN2SUBMIT without renumeration in the event that such idea is applied.

13. SPIN2SUBMIT does not guarantee the availability of this service at any given time.

14. You agree that SPIN2SUBMIT may send you emails from time to time to promote products or services.

15. Members MAY NOT use this service to post copyrighted content of which they are not the lawful copyright holders.

16. BRONZE accounts will reset itself to 3 CREDITS after every thirty(30) days. Credits not used won't be transfered to the following month.

17. PAID members accounts will reset itself to BRONZE (free) STATUS after thirty(30) days of payment. Credits not used, will not be carried over to the following month. Members who did not use their credits for whatever reason, will not be re-embursed.

18. 5 Credits will be deducted when using the content converter.
